Seraab - An IoT Based Irrigation Solution

A smart IoT irrigation solution specifically designed for domestic users. We leveraged IoT to automate and optimize the irrigation process. With our solution, homeowners can effortlessly control and monitor their irrigation systems remotely, all through a user-friendly mobile application.

Tobacco Vending Machine

We developed a customized controller for a general-purpose vending machine for cigarette packs. The work scope includes main control board design and firmware development for a 28-column vending machine with a feature of online payment processing through a contactless card. The machine is remotely operated through a 2.4 GHz wireless module having a 7-inch touch GUI display. 

IoT-based Firesprinkler Monitoring System for Buildings

We designed an innovative IoT-based fire sprinkler monitoring system tailored for buildings, integrating real-time data analytics and remote accessibility. We devised a scalable wired RS-485 network architecture for monitoring water valves and flow sensors at different building floors. Our solution enhances fire safety reliability by ensuring proper functionality of firesprinklers. 

Multi-application Thermostat

The developed product is an automatic heating control system with a high-voltage relay, LCD display, and user buttons for temperature adjustments. It constantly monitors the temperature, activating the heating unit when below the set point and turning it off when reaching or exceeding the desired level. This system is designed for versatility in various applications.

Algorithm development

We developed a robust solution for indoor localization for pedestrians using Ultra-wide band (UWB) devices. We used UWB units based on the DWM1001 module by Qorvo and devised robust algorithms for reliable tracking. 

Real-time Indoor Localization for GPS denied environments

We have devised several mathematical algorithms for clients leveraging latest signal processing and AI techniques. These include breath rate estimation using mic data, motion detection using accelerometer data, sensor fusion algorithms for pose and orientation estimation using IMU, forecasting for business metrics, power system frequency estimation, audio signal processing etc. Several of these algorithms have been deployed in actual embedded devices as well.

Coffee Dispensing Machine

We developed a customized controller for a coffee dispensing machine capable of dispensing 7 different types of drinks. We developed the firmware and hardware catering to the needs of coffee dispensing requirements. A 7-inch touch GUI module was provided for drink selection and setting various drink profiles and system parameters.
